It's difficult to find the words to describe just how incredible our experience with Asia was, but I hope I can do it justice. We spent a week in Tuscany celebrating our wedding with 13-15 of our closest family and friends, and aside from our wedding itself, having Asia cook for us was truly one of the highlights of our entire stay. Our entire family absolutely loved spending time with Chef Asia. This was truly an experience of a lifetime and one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Asia’s cooking class was fantastic, my newlywed and I thoroughly loved it. Asia broke down the recipes and made it very simple for us and the dishes were amazing, tasted better than the top rated restaurants that we tried! She was so personable and just a lovely gal!

We cannot say enough about Asia’s Cooking Class in September. She made the class so much fun … we enjoyed it immensely! We made three different pastas … we all had the opportunity to make each one of them. Her expertise, knowledge and encouragement throughout the class was amazing. We could not have asked for a better experience! Asia and her assistant taught us how to make three different pastas. They were patient and informative for those of us who are not chefs. It was a lovely dinner and dessert. They joined us at the end of the evening to enjoy a glass of wine and good cheer. We strongly recommend this opportunity!
