We thoroughly enjoyed our pie making experience at Lefkada Micro Farm. Andreas greeted us at the gate and took us to meet George who made fresh coffee for us before we began. George gave us a tour of the farm and taught us how to make four kinds of phyllo pies from scratch in the fabulous open air kitchen. The spinach pie cooking class was a beautiful experience! We also learned a lot about olive oil production and the real Lefkada. The farm uses quality and natural ingredients and the final products were delicious!

We had such a fabulous day making all manner of pies with the guys at Lefkada Micro Farm. Our hosts met us at the gate and served us coffee and home made mountain tea with their own honey. We had a tour of the farm and heard about its history and the award winning olive oil they now make. We then went on to make a variety of pies from scratch which we then ate all together (and got to take the leftovers away with us too).
