Enzo and Tony put on a phenomenal class with lots of knowledge about making pizza as well as spritz!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend.
This is a class you must do while in Florence! Enzo and Antonio are simply the best hosts, instructors and new friends one could hope for. We learned how to make spritz, tasted wine, learned how to pair with different foods, made pizza dough, and finished by adding delicious toppings to our pizzas, and eating our pizzas. It was such a memorable experience! We are headed back there on Wednesday for dinner!
My Wife and I signed up for a cooking class at New Bridge not knowing exactly what to expect and I would share the experience exceeded all expectations. Enzo and Antonio were fantastic in not only sharing their secrets in the kitchen, but also making us feel welcome and making it a very fun time. What an AMAZING experience at New Bridge Pizza! We did the pizza and spritz-making class followed by lunch, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. The brothers, Enzo and Antonio, are absolute STARS! 🌟 They made the entire experience so much fun — welcoming, personable, entertaining, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
