我的房子距離歷史中心僅幾步之遙，設有俯瞰大海的全景露台。在我的課程中，您將積極參與，我們將製作當地傳統的典型食譜（通心粉、strongatura、劍魚、鱈魚乾、油浸蜜餞、西紅柿乾、醃肉和當地奶酪），我們將使用典型的當地食材工具，而且不會缺少義大利境內最具代表性的食譜（披薩、carbonara、norma、arancini、cannoli…）。素食菜單的可能性。預訂時必須告知食物不耐受和過敏。事先商定可能參觀當地市場。
