This was the best tour on this trip. Our driver, Gabrielle, was perfect. We did a small group, private cooking class and it was so much fun. We went to Agriturismo Amina, where our hostess, Cinzia, took over. It’s a small B&B and we learned to make homemade pasta, sauce, and Tiramisu. What a day. We drank her own wine, ate the food we made, and tasted her olive oil. Superb day. Highly recommend.
We had a very wonderful time learning too make fresh pasta and bruschetta and tiramisu. The delicious lunch and wine tasting were the icing on the cake. Beautiful views.
