此類活動的獨特之處在於，體驗可以完全根據客戶的需求和時間表量身定制，而且還可以根據客戶的興趣或願意深入的主題進行定制。無論顧客的知識和經驗如何，侍酒師都會調整他們的水平和知識，與顧客一起享受美食和美酒。因此，NWT 和客戶將共同分享經驗，同時進一步討論所選主題。

在與我們的侍酒師進行簡短的賓客簡介採訪以了解賓客的喜好後，參與者將被邀請從五種不同的遊覽和品嚐形式中進行選擇：那不勒斯街頭美食和葡萄酒、美食和葡萄酒、米其林評級餐廳和葡萄酒、葡萄園之旅和葡萄酒以及帆船和葡萄酒。美食目的地和葡萄酒將根據參與者之前在採訪中討論和商定的口味、興趣、喜好和偏好進行精心選擇。在專門的時間裡，可能是早上、下午或晚上，在短短的兩個小時、半天或一整天的時間裡，侍酒師將坐下來與客戶分享經驗，談論為活動選擇的葡萄酒和食物的歷史、傳說、秘密、好奇心和軼事。此外，他還將根據客戶的水平引導品酒，教授葡萄酒檢驗技術、食品和葡萄酒的搭配原則，並根據需要進一步深化技術上的主題。

Exceptional, insightful, personal
The most thoughtful and delightful wine and food pairing experience ever! (My friend and I both have been to several regions of wine production and experienced wine tours of various formats.) The best part of Naples!
This was our second tour with Andrea to a different area of Campania. The day with Andrea is amazing and perfect for beginners as well as those with an expert knowledge of wine. Campania has many unique grape varieties with traditional as well as modern methods of making wine, providing a special and unforgettable experience in Italy! It’s something you really have to do in Naples!
