If Italian food is one of the reasons you love visiting Italy, I would definitely recommend this. Making your own pasta makes the meal feel much more special.
After visiting churches, squares, and museums, this cooking class was a welcome change. It gave us the chance to slow down and enjoy a typical Italian food experience.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the pasta turned out much better than I expected! We learned some useful techniques that I will definitely try at home.
The teacher was cheerful and helpful, especially when we struggled with the dough. By the end, everyone was proud of their pasta and ready to eat!
