A well curated tour of the diverse food scene in San Diego with a fun host! Those salt and pepper Cantonese chicken wings were the best I've ever had. A good amount of time to eat and digest with some walking, and fairly priced. He also didn't cancel on us when it was just us, which was nice! Our other tour did cancel for that reason.
We had the most amazing time on this food tour. Albert was a super host. Before we began, he shared a brief history of Chinese cuisine. We then proceeded to have a multiple course meal that featured several typical Chinese and Cantonese dishes. Everything was outstanding. While we ate with Albert, he spoke to us about the dishes, while sharing tips on how to use chopsticks and say thank you as tea is being served. Albert was a wonderful tour guide! We greatly enjoyed the San Diego Chinese food tour, as well as another food tour of his we took part in last year. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed having Albert as a tour guide! Highly recommend!
This food tour was very nice. The restaurant had beautiful authentic Chinese decor. The food selections were delicious. Albert, our tour guide, was very pleasant and passionate about Chinese food and Asian culture.
Great tour with plenty of food and information. Couldn’t eat anymore! Had a variety of food and all types were delicious with explanations of each type explained.
