+1 張照片We had a great time this summer doing this cooking class. Patricio’s passion for cooking came through as we walked through the markets and he gave us some insight to the Basque way of cooking. When in the kitchen we all had the opportunity to take part in making the selected dishes. I enjoyed making the cheesecake and it turned out to be delicious. All the dishes we made were great. I would definitely recommend this experience.
The class was great for me becase I learned why I was having trouble making pil pil on my own. I cant wait to cook these dishes at home!
