Very interesting process to produce this famous wine. I truly enjoyed the history and also tasting the finished product.
A great place to visit for anyone interested in learning about the history of champagne production in Vienna. The audio guide is very good and easy to follow.
We enjoyed learning about the history and process of making this sparkling wine. The cellars are beautiful and the tasting was enjoyable.
