Nourishing for the Soul!
This is literally one of the most delightful things I think you could do. It is just joy— to learn something so rich in history and culture in such a beautiful place. Nourishing for the soul. Complete trust and ease in this workshop, you could feel how much care and mastery there was in the craft itself and also as a teacher. I took this class with a woman who was a trained chef and I am almost completely illiterate when it comes to making food and it feels like we both enjoyed the experienc...閱讀更多

A wonderful afternoon in Salzburg
Agnes was amazing! She moved mountains to make a time work after I made a mistake in my booking. She loves what she does and it really shows! We learned a few techniques to make strudel which were very helpful and gave us confidence that we could repeat it at home. The class location couldn’t have been more perfect - the view was absolutely spectacular and made for a perfect experience altogether.
