這項活動是傳統與現代的獨特結合。傳統體現在用餐佈置中，一張共享餐桌讓人想起在我們諾娜家裡度過的周日以及傳統食譜。現代性在於我們的廚師萊昂納多重新發明這些食譜的烹飪風格，以及品嚐來自埃特納火山的四種不同的優質葡萄酒。
