這些雞尾酒是索姆拜（Sombai）自己的，基於您所站立的建築內釀造的利口酒，所以您先品嚐到基酒的味道，然後品嚐到它轉變後的味道。
這堂課由釀造利口酒的家族帶領，人數限制在8人，規模小到客人會詢問餐廳和市場的推薦，而他們也會得到這些推薦。
您身處在達姆納克（Wat Damnak）地區一棟傳統木製高棉屋中，在浸泡罐的樓上，這個家庭自 2012 年以來一直在製作手工繪製的浸泡米酒瓶。

Lovely drinks and nice workshop
We loved this activity, nice workshop area with the most amazing drinks, all presented in beautiful hand panted bottles, we had our class with Akim and she kept us entertained and made sure we had delicious drinks, this company also does a lot for local charities which is really nice to see

Rice wine & cocktails!
Interesting to taste so many different flavours of rice wines then we were shown how to make 3 cocktails - and drink them! Good fun & nice friendly guide.

Magic evening
We had a magical evening, a very warm welcome! Presentation of the different flavors of rice alcohol, then tasting! And the cocktail workshop was perfect for learning the basics! Thanks again!

Local rice wine producer
This was a really fun activity to do! The owner Kim is also inspirational. You learn how different rice wines are made with different infusions then enjoy tasting, following by cocktail making. All the bottles are painted individually by local artists who are deaf. They are passionate about creating jobs for the locals. Highly recommend.
