A wonderfully authentic Indian food experience
I have always wanted to learn more about Indian food and I am so pleased that I found Saffron Palate. This was time well spent in India’s capital, being taught by Neha who is welcoming, knowledgeable and generous with her time.
Prior to the session Neha was proactive in finding out what I wanted to cook, what my preferences are and offering a range of dishes from her menu. I was happy to go with anything and Neha picked a really good range of dishes so that we could look at a variety of skills....閱讀更多

Friendly fun and very tasty

More than a cooking class!
This was one of our travel highlights! Neha was an amazing teacher and wonderfully warm. We felt very privileged to be learning and enjoying beautiful food in her home. Her cooking studio is very well set out. Instructions are clear. Eating together was such a treat and meeting her gorgeous dog was a bonus! The walking tour of the market taught us more about spices and Neha clearly loves food and people.

Hands- On cooking with amazing dishes to try and fun market tour
I had a wonderful couple of hours learning to cook some awesome dishes.
It was so much fun, and I learnt a lot of new skills too.
The market tour was so interesting.

Wonderful experience! Would highly recommend
We had a wonderful experience with Neha’s cooking class. She took a lot of care to explain everything and the food was delicious! A lot of detail went into her class to make sure we were well prepared. We also loved the spice market tour - it was great to buy the spices we used to cook. Many thanks to Neha for her warm hospitality
