Totally worth booking this class.
Fabrizio is a fun and expert chef. We really enjoyed the class and the gelato was really good. The chef was very attentive and energetic. It was my daughter’s birthday and he made her feel special. We all sang happy birthday to her, she was really happy. The place is easy to find and very clean. As for the ice cream, it turned out spectacular, really creamy and with the perfect balance of sweetness.

Una excelente experiencia! El chef maestro heladero nos enseñó todos los secretos (y más!) para hacer un helado riquísimo, utilizando elementos de primera línea. Los chicos lo pasaron genial, participaron en toda la elaboración. Gracias por tan lindo recuerdo!

Not to be missed in Florence.
Our favorites in Italy. The experiences with Fabrizio were fun and totally memorable. My Daughter loves making desserts, so it was an ideal class, not only do you try gelato, but you understand the process to prepare it.
In addition, the attention was mainly in Spanish, even closer and more enjoyable, is an indispensable experience in Florence.
