Lua was excellent. The food and atmosphere were spot on and the view of the river is beautiful. She is well versed in the food and culture of Vietnam. Authentic cooking.
The cooking class with Lua was one of the highlights of my trip. Lua is such a gentle, warm and kind host who made me feel welcome and included from the moment I arrived. Her excellent English made everything easy to understand, and she explained each step clearly while making the class fun and relaxed. The river-view kitchen was a beautiful setting, and I loved learning how to prepare authentic Vietnamese dishes using fresh ingredients. Our class with Lua was awesome! We learned to cook some delicious Vietnamese food that we could never have cooked alone. And Lua was super friendly. She also did a great job navigating one eater with a gluten intolerance (celiac) and one eater who does not eat red meat or shellfish. Could not recommend more highly!
A great cooking experience with an amazing view. Lua was a fantastic host who taught us to cook a variety of delicious Vietnamese dishes. A perfect way to spend the evening, and we'll worth the money
