您將在非常傳統的工廠欣賞真正的帕馬森奶酪生產。您將可以看到奶酪製造商從牛奶桶中取出奶酪的過程。然後，您將被帶到調味/儲藏室，參觀生產的最後階段。
遊覽結束時，您將品嚐不同陳年的帕爾馬干酪。
對於帕爾馬火腿火腿工廠參觀，我們將前往蘭吉拉諾田園詩般的山丘，帕爾馬火腿火腿的故鄉。您將進入“環境溫度階段”，參觀調味室，這裡的特點是火腿的典型香味。在此階段，將解釋“spillatura”方法，只有最好的火腿才能通過測試，由聯盟檢查員選出的火腿將被貼上臭名昭著的“帕爾馬王冠”的印記。
