歡迎雞尾酒：「Canelazo」：用物種和原始甘蔗製成的納蘭吉拉熱雞尾酒。
開始：「叢林酸橘汁醃魚」帕爾的新鮮心，綠色芒果配綠色車前草片和酪梨。
主菜：“Encocao Tapao”
