Beautiful Evening
Beautiful evening. Enzo and Nanna were wonderful hosts. So much fun making 2 pasta dishes and fritters and interacting with the other attendees. Highly recommend it

Cooking with Nonna
A very fun evening. Nonna was fabulous, Enzo does a great job organizing everyone. Nice group of people. Food and wine were good and now I can make pasta!

Cooking un Tropea
The class was excellent. We had so much fun and I would definitely do it again. Enzo was great and Mimi has excellent skills. I learned so much and can’t wait to put into practice what I learned. I highly recommend this class

Best experience
I participated alone during the summer vacation in August. We were in a group of six and had a great time. They took us to the farm together and the view from the farm was amazing and they took us for a walk. Then I made my own pasta. You will become better and better while being taught. (It's uneventful, but 😅) The farm cheese, salami, olives, etc. are all delicious, and I will be there with wine when the pasta is coming 🍷 The fresh pasta was excellent 😍 They even took the rest of it home. Fresh Ingredients and a Delightful Experience
Enzo and Nonna provided a fantastic cooking experience with locally sourced organic ingredients and wine. Enzo was extremely personable and knowledgeable of Calabria, being from the area originally. His English was excellent having lived in Australia for a period of time. We were taught how to prepare a simple but extremely tasty Italian meal starting with zucchini flower zeppole. We then made two kinds of pasta, cavatelli and fileja, by hand by mixing flour (00 and semolina) with only water...閱讀更多
