We had a great experience hunting truffle with Alessandro and his truffle dog Mocha. Mocha is super cute and I couldn’t stop petting her. Honestly truffle doesn’t matter - forget about truffle. I just wanted pet mocha hahaha. Alessandro is very knowledgeable about truffle. He explained everything to us, from where truffle grow, how to find them to how to train dogs for truffle hunting. Alex and Sarah were very nice and patient they explained a lot acknowledges about truffles to us.The dog monca was also very cute. Walking in the woods of Tuscany in the morning, you can feel the dew in the morning, the sun is warm on your , and the air is full of the smell of earth and truffles. Everything is perfect.

This hunting truffle experience with Alessandro was an amazing experience for me, my mom, my husband, and my aunt and uncle! We enjoyed learning about truffle hunting and watching Moka find 6 truffles. Brava, Moka! I will note to wear good shoes for walking in mud! My mom also has a bad knee and walking up the hill at the end was difficult for her.
