The food was amazing and we were taught so much! We felt so welcomed and at ease during the whole process! Highly recommend.

We had a great time with Katia. 3 Italians who think they can cook learned a bunch of new tricks. Learned a lot about olive oil and some Tuscan cooking tips. Great, fun time. We often do cooking classes. Really, one of the absolute best,
The home was easy to find. Katia ran the class. She was great, genuine and fun. We made fresh pasta, along with two different types of sauces. We also made bruschetta appetizers and a main dish of chicken saltimboca. Everything was delicious! She also gave lots of tips and tricks to help us with our own Italian cooking that we do at home.
