你好！我們是墨西哥烈酒俱樂部，一群熱愛墨西哥自古以來生產的烈酒的朋友。我們在位於拉巴斯市中心的一家小型龍舌蘭酒俱樂部進行品酒和配對，我們通常每週會面一到兩次，品嚐來自全國各地的精釀烈酒，這是您在城市其他任何地方都找不到的。我們用不同的搭配品酒，搭配來自墨西哥不同州（如哈利斯科、瓦哈卡、格雷羅、奇瓦瓦、杜蘭戈和南下加利福尼亞州）的龍舌蘭酒、梅斯卡爾、達米亞納、索托爾、雷西拉等烈酒。在每次品嚐中，我們都會談論和討論烈酒的製作過程，每種烈酒的歷史和風味，以及如何將不同的風味與我們國家的食物相結合。
