I recently had the pleasure of attending a traditional Georgian cooking and wine tasting masterclass in Kutaisi, and it was easily the highlight of my trip. The experience was much more than just a cooking lesson. We learned the intricate art of folding khinkali and the secrets to making the perfect, cheesy khachapuri. We had a wonderful experience at the khachapuri and khinkali workshop in Kutaisi. My partner and I joined the class and felt welcome from the very beginning. Giorgi and the woman accompanying him were incredibly kind, patient, and made the whole experience fun and relaxed. We learned how to prepare traditional Georgian khachapuri and khinkali step by step, and everything was explained clearly, even for beginners. great experience we had a great time with nikoladze they took the time to explain and we tasted our dishes the wine is excellent He's in love with his country. highly recommend this activity we'll try to make these 2 dishes again once we get back to France
