Koshikawa-sensei‘s focus on bringing out the flavour of the ingredients themselves really impressed me and I loved the meal. We also had some great conversations about Japanese and Scottish culture and cuisine. Some people might want more elaborate dishes but if you want real ingredient driven Japanese cuisine you can’t go wrong.

The meal and the performance were exceptional. The staff were very welcoming and invited me and several others up to participate in a festival like dance.

It was such a great experience. The food was very delicious and the entertainment was exceptional
