品酒会从酒窖开始。 接下来会放映一段关于阿尔萨斯葡萄酒生产的说明视频（适合儿童观看）。 然后，我们将参观酒窖，里面的木桶已有一百多年的历史，您将通过投射到木桶上的沉浸式 180° 视频的场景空间了解我们的家族历史：这在法国是独一无二的。
然后，我们邀请您继续在我们的茶室空间享用早午餐：各种甜味和咸味美食：糕点、面包和阿尔萨斯果酱、阿尔萨斯奶酪、熟食、新鲜水果沙拉、咸味吐司、碗（bibelaskaes、格兰诺拉麦片和水果）+您选择的热饮和果汁。
在整个参观过程中都会有导游与您交谈并解答您的疑问。
