品酒从酒窖开始。 接下来将播放关于阿尔萨斯葡萄酒生产的解释性视频（适合儿童观看）。 然后，我们将参观酒窖，里面的木桶已有一百多年的历史，您将通过一个投射到木桶上的沉浸式 180° 视频的场景空间了解我们的家族历史：这在法国是独一无二的。
然后，我们邀请您继续在早午餐周围的茶室空间品尝：各种甜味和咸味美食：糕点，阿尔萨斯面包和果酱，阿尔萨斯奶酪，冷肉，新鲜水果沙拉，咸味吐司，碗（bibelas，格兰诺拉麦片）和水果）+您选择的热饮和一杯 Alain Millat 果汁。
