Très bel accueil de la part de Cesarine et Frederico. Agréable visite du jardin; le cours de cuisine accéléré (fabrication de raviolis) a été très apprécié. La dégustation des antipasti (charcuterie, fromages et surtout la foccacia maison) et des raviolis que nous avions déjèa cuisinés demeurent un très agréable souvenir. Merci cesarine et Frederico.
We were welcomed at the home of the bubbly Cesarina, Simona Amelia. Family welcome! We found an excellent appetizer, well-prepared and delightful, made by the skilled hands of our "Cesarina." Focaccia, giardiniera, pumpkin and ginger jam, ... excellent cold cuts and cheeses. All enjoyed while our ravioli dough rested.... Between chatting and other things... we prepared the dough. Had a blast making boragine ravioli from scratch in Cremona. The instructor was chill and super helpful, made the dough work way less stressful than I thought. If you like cooking and pasta, this will eat up a good part of your day in the best way.
joined this class with friends and we had a blast making boragine ravioli from scratch! the instructor was super chill and explained everything step by step. plus we got to eat our creations right after. definitely a fun way to spend an afternoon in cremona.
