This was a very special day.
This was a very special day. This cooking and culture class is incredible and is for people interested in learning about how Balinese people live, their religious traditions, AND learning how to prepare the amazing foods. You will do a lot of the cooking and prep and the result is the best food I’ve had so far on our trip. The chef speaks great English and he is full of knowledge he shares! It was a wonderful experience in his family home.

An unforgettable culinary and cultural journey!
Beyond the cooking class, which was very well explained step by step, with the discovery of local ingredients, it was a true culinary and cultural journey that was offered to us.
The location, a traditional Indonesian house, the kindness and patience of the chef and his family, the tasting of the prepared dishes... an unforgettable late afternoon with recipes to recreate at home!

Magnifique journée avec Made qui est venu nous chercher à l’hôtel , puis nous a mené directement au marché , fréquenté uniquement par les Balinais . Loin du tumulte touristique . Marché aux mille couleurs . Nous avons découvert les différentes épices, les fruits , le cochon grillé , grâce aux patientes explications de Made .
