A Delicious Experience!
We had an absolute blast with our cooking class with Teresa! We got to make Ragu and a Sicilian pesto pasta! We also made caponata and cannolis (dough and all)! This class was a blast and we were stuffed by the end of it. Thank you so much for letting us into your home to learn so much!

Amazing Sicilian cooking experience
We loved Teresa and the meal we prepared. We started cooking in the Ortigia Market and then moved with our car to Teresa’s house. She’s an amazing chef and Italian pasta and cooking teacher, we cooked pasta with pesto, parmigiana eggplant and an amazing breadcrumb covered swordfish. Highly recommended, we also had lunch with wine and after that went to Aranella beach (not included of course), 5 minutes away from Teresa’s house

An authentic Sicilian cooking experience!
If you’re looking for traditional Sicilian home cooking class, this experience with Teresa is an amazing option. Under the guidance of Teresa in her own kitchen, we cooked two pastas (one fresh busiate and one dry Anellini), a gratin onion and swordfish dish, and a Ricotta Tiramisu for dessert. Not only were these dishes delicious, they are accessible for home cooks and I feel confident that I can recreate them at home. Thank you so much Teresa ❤️

I’m especially happy to read that you feel confident about recreating the dishes at home. For me, that is the most meaningful part of a cooking experience: not simply eating something delicious in Sicily, but leaving with recipes, techniques and memories that can travel home with you.

A Highlight of Our Sicilian Adventure!
Teresa is a phenomenal teacher and host who embodies true Sicilian hospitality. This class was a highlight of our 8-day trip; we didn't just learn to cook, but gained wonderful insight into the local way of life. The final meal was absolutely delicious—one of the best we had. She even shared recipes and discussed other local foods we were curious about. Highly recommend! We will definitely take another class with her on our next visit.

Brilliant experience for couple’s cooking class with Teresa at the winter apartment
We had an absolutely brilliant experience at Teresa’s Sicilian cooking class and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From start to finish, the class was thoughtfully planned, with Teresa creating a menu that perfectly balanced traditional Sicilian cuisine while also taking into account everyone’s dietary requirements.
