Pleasant and educational experience!
Very pleasant welcome by the owner Teresa, a warm and friendly lady who immediately makes you feel at home. When we arrived, everything was nicely prepared, and we received clear explanations about the different types of flour to use for various pastas. Teresa showed us clearly with step-by-step instructions how to make 3 types of pasta and matching sauces, using fresh ingredients. Fantastic Sicilian Cooking Class
My family and I had a one-of-a-kind experience with Teresa. A cooking class where we learned to make fresh pasta, including Ricotta stuffed ravioli and cavatelli. We also made traditional eggplant parmagiana, and a delicious almond cream/coffee tiramisu. We learned about traditional Sicilian cooking with fresh ingredients, including a ragu and tomato pesto sauce. Everything was fresh. Teresa is charming and warm. A Fun Cooking Adventure.
A delightful experience. Theresa and her house were charming. Making the pastas, sauces, and other dishes was fun. Not a lot of cooking experience required. All delicious. Recipes to take home and easy to make.

Thank you, I'm glad everything gave you satisfaction. Pizza, pasta and tiramisu is the perfect menu for a nice cooking lesson in Sicily in September. Family recipes are always a success because they are genuine and the steps are simple.

Teresa makes you feel like family!
Our cooking class with Teresa was one of the highlights of our recent Mediterranean cruise!! The food was authentic, delicious and the instructions easy to follow. Teresa even sent us home with the recipes. I highly recommend even if you are only in town for a few hours!

Thank you! It is a precious invitation to participate in my cooking class in the ARENELLA seaside area, 15 minutes from Syracuse. I hope from November to start the lessons also in the city in an apartment reachable from Ortigia in a 20-minute walk.
