Must Do in Fes
We had the best day in Fes cooking with Noor. She taught us the special touches that bring the best from the food, and the importance of combinations of ingredients. We did the full experience which allowed us to spend most of the day with Noor, talking about her culture and our culture, in addition to what we learned about the food. Extraordinaria, nos recibieron con mucho amor, la traducción y la disposición de Nour para explicarnos con lujo de detalle todo se sintió como estar con familia.

Un moment absolument exceptionnel à Fès 🌿
Le cours de cuisine était vraiment super : tout ce que nous avons préparé était délicieux, et honnêtement la meilleure tajine dégustée pendant tout notre voyage au Maroc !
Mais c’est bien plus qu’un simple cours de cuisine. Passer ce moment avec Nour et sa maman Nzaha, dans leur maison familiale, rend l’expérience profondément humaine et enrichissante. On partage, on échange, on apprend autant sur la culture marocaine que sur la cuisine.

Fun (and delicious) opportunity to learn about Moroccan cuisine
Nour and her mother Nzaha are lovely hosts and our 1/2 day spent cooking, visiting and eating with them at their home was a delight. While Moroccan cooking isn’t necessarily complicated, we appreciated in this class learning more about the different cooking and baking techniques, all the varied spices and ingredients used for different purposes, and the way typical Moroccans prepare food and what they eat.
