Wonderful mssemn workshop
The workshop was very nice. We were with 6 people in total. My group was with 4 and we made mssemn - maroccan dish that tastes a bit like pancake. Yasmine, her mom, her son and daughter were great and were very kind. They explained us what to do and we baked together. After the baking we ate the mssemn and also the cookies that the other 2 people made. Everything was delicious and we drank also mint tea. I can really recommend this class

We loved this sharing experience!
We wanted to take part in a cooking class to firstly learn how to cook a regional specialty but above all to experience a moment of sharing and we loved this experience! It was an evening reservation for the next day and they were very responsive! Yassine contacted me by Whatsapp to share the address and offer us a pick up/drop off service. Learning to make msemen in Fez with a Moroccan family
We really enjoyed the baking course Making Msemen! Booked on Friday morning for the same afternoon. We were surprised that this course could take place on Friday, it is a holy day in Morocco. The second surprise was that we were the only two participants, so we got a private workshop. And the third surprise was the location.
