Great food!
So much food!!! The setting was super special and the view was lovely. We made great food and had a wonderful time. The place was a bit confusing to find and was all indoors without an Al fresco dinner, but we all enjoyed what we learned.

At our Slow Cooking School in Tuscany and Umbria, we always aim to create a special and authentic experience, combining hands-on cooking with beautiful surroundings and local traditions.
Just to clarify, our al fresco dining experience—lunch in the garden is offered when the weather allows. On cooler or unpredictable days, we move indoors to ensure our guests remain comfortable while still enjoying the full experience.
We truly appreciate your kind words about the cooking class and are so glad you had a wonderful time learning and creating traditional Italian dishes with us.
We hope to welcome you again soon, perhaps in warmer weather so you can fully enjoy our garden lunch experience at the Slow Cooking School!

Alina is a great teacher...
Alina is a great teacher and knowledgeable. Very generous to welcome us to her farm and take time to host a great lesson and meal and tour. She was happy to answer all our questions and help us learn. We want to stay at her farm on our next trip to Tuscany!

Great cooking class experience in Umbrian/Tuscan area.
Fun cooking class in a beautiful setting in the Umbrian hills. We made several different types of pasta which were made into a traditional lasagna, zucchini lasagne with béchamel sauce, tagliatelle with a red meat sauce, and ravioli with a light sauce. We also made a summer strawberry tiramisu. Everything was delicious. Included was a lesson & tasting of EVOO & a tour of their extra virgin olive oil operations. Alina was very welcoming and informative.

Best Tuscan experience
Everyone in our large group of 9 said this was the best cooking class they had ever taken. It was such a fun hands on experience and Alina was a perfect host. She was so good at helping us and explaining everything clearly. Do yourself a favor and make this part of your trip to the Siena!

Great Experience in Tuscany
Highly recommend this cooking class, it was such a great experience. The setting was amazing, the host was gracious and very informative and we learned how to make many different types of pasta. It was fun and very interactive. Great way to spend the morning and definitely left very happy with the whole experience.
