Cushuro and Chicha Morada
We got to taste many typical peruvian ingredients and foods, many without too much seasoning to really experience their pure flavor. My favorite ones were Cushuro (vegan "caviar of the Andes") and Chicha Morada, a drink made of black corn. Victor also told us a lot about their history and preparation, which was extremly intresting.

Taste of Cusco
As a group we could see the best products ingredients drinks and recipes from this area. I met really nice people having fun and talking about their gastronomic culture. We enjoyed this beautiful place taking great pictures to the best view I have seen so far from a city in Peru and definitely looking forward to book another experience with this company

Tasting Productos locales
Fue un día muy emocionante conociendo los productos peruanos, el Chef Víctor nos hizo probar 30 productos típicos de Perú, las bebidas estuvieron muy refrescantes y de excelente calidad. Recomiendo esta experiencia para los que tengan curiosidad de conocer la gastronomía local desde un punto de vista diferente a todos los restaurantes.

From sweet to salty
It was really nice to get to know the typical Peruvian Sweets, ingredients, some drinks and some easy dishes. We were teached about the names and also the history. Almost everything was vegetarian and also a lot was vegan.
Overall a really nice experience.

Perfect introduction to Peruvian food culture
Chef Victor gave us a perfect introduction to the Peruvian cuisine and food culture. He not only prepared an incredibly tasting assortment of dishes, he also shared lots of his profound knowledge of cooking and the Peruvian food culture along the way with us. Can highly recommend!
