From Sheep to cheese life on an Italian Farm.
This tour was the highlight of my trip to Sardinia. Stefania and Vincenzo were exceptional hosts. From learning how to make the many cheeses which are made on the farm. We learned about their true self sustaining life style. From growing their own vegetable, milking the sheep, and carrying for their animals. Learning how they move their sheep from the mountains to their farm for the winter. The entire community works together to help each other out. I would highly recommend this tour.
