Irene was an excellent instructor for our cooking class. We feel very confidant we can replicate fettuccini and ravioli at home thanks to Irene. The meal we helped prepare was delicious, too!

The class was amazing! The almost was exceptional. Flavio was absolutely great and def has that Italian charm! He was extremely patient, detailed and gave an immense amount of encouragement. He guided us every step of the way. It is a perfect time when in Rome to learn how to make authentic pasta and desserts. We booked on their website which was simple and easy to navigate. He was extremely welcoming and most of all fun. We later enjoyed some good wine and he prepared a tasty dish for us to eat...阅读更多

The cooking class was such a fun and wonderful experience for our family of 2 adults and 3 young kids. We got to taste what we cook and it was delicious! Chef Favio and his staff were amazing. What a great experience for the family!
