What a highlight for our trip. The cooking class was wonderful. Annalisa is a modern, intelligent, amusing and interesting Sicilian woman. You get the best cooking experience, but you also get the best experience in being with a genuine Sicilian woman who makes you feel welcome in her home. Our time together will not be forgotten.

Annalisa was a great tour guide and the cooking class was a blast! Made our own pasta and tiramisu which we ate for lunch. A little wine to go along with everything, livened the party.

We learned how to make pasta the healthy Sicilian way using only semolina wheat, finished with local fava beans that we peeled and cooked with onion, then mixed with sheep’s ricotta cheese. And if that was not enough, we also made stuf...阅读更多

There is not so much to describe. She is doing this at her home. You get the best one authentically view into the sicily home kitchen. You will be provided through all steps necessary to prepare a real sicily meal. Annalisa is really very communicative and friendly person. So anytime I would do that again and again.
