Castel di Salve 是普利亚历史悠久的酿酒厂之一，由 Salve 公爵 Antonio Winspeare 于 1885 年在 Depressa 创立，其目标是生产优质佐餐酒。现在酒庄由Winspeare家族第四代和第五代掌管。我们对祖先的传统深感自豪，时至今日仍在同一块土地上耕作，生产出既干净又优雅的优质葡萄酒。
