Authentic experience
We had such a wonderful experience! Our host was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire cooking class so enjoyable. We especially loved how authentic the experience felt, from learning about the ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to preparing and enjoying the meal together. It felt much more personal and genuine than a typical cooking class. The food was absolutely delicious, and we walked away with some great memories and new things to try at home. Exceptional Food and Even Better Company
This cooking class was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The host made us feel completely at home, as if we were gathered in her kitchen with a mother teaching her daughters how to cook family recipes. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and incredibly personal.

Nalini's Indian Cooking Class: A Hands-On Journey Through Authentic Flavors
I had the pleasure of attending Nalini's first Indian cooking class hosted at a cozy Chicago condo and it was an absolutely delightful experience!
Nalini came all the way from Grand Rapids to share her culinary expertise and it was worth every moment. The evening began with a warming cup of authentic Indian chai, which was exactly what I needed to soothe my allergies and clear a mild headache. It set the perfect tone for what was to follow.
