The best evening
We had the best evening learning how to make pasta with Lisa and Fabio! What amazing hosts, so welcoming, in such a lovely home. The food and wine was delicious! I look forward to making fresh pasta when I get home. Highly recommend this beautiful experience for anyone visiting the Lecce area.

Pasta Magnifico Experience!
Lisa and Fabio were amazing hosts! They welcomed us into their beautiful home and treated us like family. The ambiance was perfect and the company even better. Lisa prepared appetizers that were incredible. We loved the Apulia food so much we had to have the recipes. We also had wonderful local wines served by Fabio that were recommended by their Sommelier son. The best pasta class!
This class was a highlight of our Puglia trip. Lisa and Fabio were the most wonderful hosts and teachers. We had so much fun learning to make the different pastas, and it was some of the best we ate on our whole trip! Lisa and Fabio offered delicious snacks and wine throughout the evening. The experience was truly unique and special. It’s a must-do!
