Knowledgeable

Alessio was very knowledgeable with his wines. There were three tastings. Two that we had never heard of before. We would highly recommend this tour to those who would like to extend their knowledge of wine. Thank you Alessio.

It was a real pleasure sharing those three wines with you, especially seeing your reaction when we got to the two (Vitovska and Refosco) you'd never tried before, that's exactly the kind of discovery I love to bring to these tastings. Central European wines (Slovenia and Austria in particular) deserve so much more attention, and having curious guests like you makes every session worthwhile.
