我们的一天从历史悠久的 Casco Viejo 街区的一个时尚屋顶开始，团队中的每个人都会在这里互相认识。在我们开始冒险之前，我会给你上一堂关于巴拿马城的简短历史课，以及它在发展过程中的变化。
然后，我们将步行几个街区，前往附近最豪华的酒店之一，品尝巴拿马和亚洲的融合美食。
从这里，我们将乘坐地铁前往市中心，探索悠闲的 Bella Vista 街区。在这里，我们将在一家老式餐厅用餐，品尝经典的巴拿马美食，但又略有不同。
