First, we decided what we wanted to make, then went to the market with a local chef to buy fresh ingredients, and learned Moroccan cooking from a local madam. We made chicken tagine, carrot salad, and then kneaded bread, which was baked in a public oven. It was a very interesting experience. All the dishes turned out delicious, and I'd definitely like to try making them in Japan.
