I had an absolutely wonderful cooking experience with Dr. Namita in Bangalore. Despite my very last minute request, she graciously accepted and even reached out beforehand to ask what dishes I was interested in learning. She thoughtfully tailored the class to my preferences and generously shared her mother-in-law's treasured paneer puri recipe, which made the experience feel even more special. Have you ever imagined what it feels like to meet family while traveling in a foreign country? That was exactly how this experience felt for us. The moment we walked into their home, it didn’t feel like meeting strangers for the first time. It felt like visiting old friends. We absolutely loved cooking, chatting, laughing, and sharing stories with both of you. The way you connected Indian cooking techniques with Chinese food traditions was such a special moment for us too. Food really does show us how different cultures can still feel beautifully connected. Namita and her husband are gracious hosts, welcoming you into their home and lives. Namita is an excellent chef and teacher eager to share her expertise and love of Indian cooking. If you value authentic travel experiences, you do not want to miss this one. We are a group of 3 friends, aged 24 to 65 and all agreed that if could’ve given this experience 10 stars we would’ve.
