我的房子距离历史中心仅几步之遥，设有俯瞰大海的全景露台。在我的课程中，您将积极参与，我们将制作当地传统的典型食谱（通心粉、strongatura、剑鱼、鳕鱼干、油浸蜜饯、西红柿干、腌肉和当地奶酪），我们将使用典型的当地食材工具，而且不会缺少意大利境内最具代表性的食谱（披萨、carbonara、norma、arancini、cannoli……）。素食菜单的可能性。预订时必须告知食物不耐受和过敏情况。事先商定可能参观当地市场。
