在我的面食店进行了4年的活动，我获得了许多提名：2017年着名的“Gambero Rosso”指南，以及罗马10家面食工厂中最好的提名。在意大利，“面食工厂”是一个生产新鲜意大利面的地方，并出售给那些想在家里做饭的人。我的灵感来自于我小时候祖母用来准备的意大利面。这是一个非常特别的意大利面，今天我意识到了我的梦想，因为我很自豪地在我的“面食工厂”内教授意大利古老的方法，为数百名想要学习如何根据真实食用健康面食的人制作面食意大利传统传递着我家人的所有爱与激情。
今天，我致力于组织高价值的烹饪课程，教授如何以简单有效的方式制作新鲜的工匠面食，从而设法在家里制作课程的所有食谱。
