We'll be back
The guided tour of the site is really to be done, the explanations on sturgeon farming, bare-handed fishing of fish, of course that on voluntary basis, amuse the little ones and maybe even more the big ones. Learn to taste caviar. To close this very good time, we ate at the restaurant, very nice Service, excellent meal, very reasonable rate. Perfect.

Nous sommes ravis que la visite, les explications autour de l’élevage, la pêche à mains nues (pour les plus courageux 😉) et la découverte de la dégustation du caviar vous aient plu.

Caviar and derivatives, how , how long, for this you have to be patient with angels.
We were totally surprised about the organization, the beautiful and interesting tour. We learned a lot and at the end of the tour we were able to lift various sturgeons (in old age) out of the water in a basin with adapted clothing. We were finally spoiled in the tasting room. A master tastes his portion in 3 times.

Malgré le temps qui n'était pas au plus beau, nous avons passé un agréable moment en famille, très bon guide, sympathique et plein d'humour !
Une dégustation parfaite
Nous le conseillons vivement.
Une nouvelle preuve que le Périgord Blanc nous cache encore de très belles activités.

À faire absolument
Super visite avec participation dans le bassin. Le guide est excellent la visite géniale ludique et la dégustation parfaite.
