We cooked and ate the most typical Georgian dishes together. Guidance and company were wonderful. It was a unique and fulfilling experience for several reasons: first, I had the opportunity to learn more about the food I had been eating during my entire trip (and the one I ate there was even the most delicious); second, even more importantly, I spent the evening with such a welcoming family, whom I will never forget. We cooked with the grandmother of the family and her grand daughter (and her friend). The grand daughter translated, and was also great at giving direction and helped. The grandmother starter the fillings, and the grand daughter finished with us. The whole family were very welcoming, sweet and knowledgable, and we had a great time. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, und uns wurde unter anderem gezeigt wie man den Teig für die khinkali faltet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend :)
