We loved learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch, and getting to eat what we made was even better! Such a fun experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!
A wonderful day and experience! Would do it all over again! The setting is gorgeous, our chef, Matteo was a great teacher who made the experience so fun. A memorable day that we won’t soon forget and so worth it!
We had a wonderful evening learning to cook with Alexandra and Niccolo - they came to the villa we were renting. They came totally prepared to teach us delicious food and wine pairings. We learned to make bruschetta, Tiramisu, 2 types of handmade pasta -Tagliatelle, spinach and feta ravioli and a lovely meat dish! It was all so amazing!
