サンツでは、バルセロナが世界的な観光スポットになる前のバルセロナを垣間見ることができます。 労働者階級のルーツを持ち、伝統的なボデガや家族経営のレストランを持つこの界隈は、地元のアイデンティティーを強く保持しながら、新世代のシェフやクリエイティブなプロジェクトを受け入れてきた。
歴史あるメルカ・ド・サンツで、ボリューム満点の朝食とベンダーの味をお楽しみいただきます。 そこからは、近所の食品店や季節のレストラン、昔ながらのボデガを訪れ、木製のワイン樽の中でタパスでバーミュートを飲みます。 途中、地元のパン屋さんやチョコレート屋さんの手作りスイーツにも立ち寄ります。
料理以外にも、サンツの産業の過去とコミュニティ精神を探索し、19世紀の織物工場だった建物を、独自のバーとマイクロブルワリーを備えた活気ある文化センターへと変身させたバルセロナの最も本格的な地区のひとつを紹介するのにふさわしい場所で締めくくります。
