Schon beim Ankommen haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Kurs findet bei Irene zu Hause statt und man wird herzlich von ihr und ihrer Familie aufgenommen – viel persönlicher und authentischer geht es kaum.

Fun time and great guidance.
Had a marvelous time preparing our pasta in a private home and a small group. Made 3 kinds and the the outcome was delicious.

Authentic Bologna at its best.
A wonderful experience. Irene is a fantastic host and teacher. We were made to feel very welcome in her home by the whole family. Irene is very knowledgeable and articulate, a first class booking.

We had such a lovely morning in Irene’s home learning the traditional way to make pasta. She was warm, friendly and funny and we will definitely be trying the recipes at home. Highly recommended.
